You are if you go back and read the rules those all are the first round. The 9 winners from those rounds go to the final round. The reason why the XI member are kinda all together is ...well it is an XI tourny. I could have made it for members only but I opened it up to the public. If people really want to hear the laughter and the fun(VENTRILO!), last time we did the tournament, kicked out everyone who wasn't in that group and told the password in game chat. We can lock the server "on the fly" and they can't come back in. The server might start with more slots and after collecting the groups, we restart with the players and spectaters in.
