She tosses a couple lean boneless pork chops in with it. The Pork chops get so tender that they fall apart if you stab 1 with a fork. Nom nom nom. She made a big pot a couple days ago. Sauerkraut gives me gas but it's soooo worth it. lol Home made Sauerkraut is hands down the best tasting. Mum used ferment it in a big old Stoneware crock pot and then pressure can it.
