I have a 200MB connection and tested the speed twice, but when a COD4 map goes to load, the speed is 12KB/sec, so an average of 22 minutes wait time, versus the usual 6 to 10 seconds. I usually just jump out, close COD4, close STEAM, re-open and it's fine. This time I did that three times and even restarted my system once. When I went back in, the problem was still there.
