Otherwise they'll respawn their teammates. In Game especially in DM you respawn every time somewhere else, so it's up to you to get rid of the 'spawn killing' people by killing them. And last but not least, most of the time, you have a few seconds spawn protection, so again, it's up to you to run and/or hide.
