How's he doing? His recovery going ok?

My grandmother broke her hip and shattered her ankle when she was 89. She was a stubborn Irish redhead lol. You couldn't keep her off of her feet. They gave her a walker with wheels on it and she walked around all over the place with that thing until she healed up a bit. She even had it up in her little garden to pick weeds. She loved her garden and fresh veggies. She was 98 years old when cancer took her away from us.  :crybaby:  :crybaby:

Hope your father will get better soon after the hip replacement.

My mother (85) broke her left arm and thumb by falling down when coming back by foot from shopping last week.

Know what it is and how it is worrying to take care of ageing parents in not so good health.
