You could try to release/renew your IP and flush your DNS Cache. The ip could technically still be in use and the DNS Cache stores info on the sites and servers that you have visited and also stores your old IP.

Open command prompt as an Administrator and type in (ipconfig /release) wait until it's done and type in (ipconfig /renew) Minus the brackets. Restart your PC when it finishes and you are able to reconnect to the internet.

There is a space between the G and /.

Flush your DNS Cache in command prompt after you restart. Open command prompt once again and type in (ipconfig /flushdns) without the brackets. Once that is done restart your PC again and try to join.

NAT (Network Address Translation) is a feature of the Firewall Software Blade and replaces IPv4 and IPv6 addresses to add more security. You can enable NAT for all SmartDashboard objects to help manage network traffic. NAT protects the identity of a network and does not show internal IP addresses to the Internet.
