Will I get arrested or just have my vape confiscated?

Recommended Posts

In a week I am going to Colorado to see my family. I as most of you know have some depression issues that I used CBD to help control them. I am taking a flight and need to have this on me. I am very respectful as to where and when I use it but I still need to know what may happen if it take it on my person? It is totally legal here in Washington and Colorado where I am going so anyone????

The main thing to consider is the amount of allowable THC. Some states only accept a maximum of 0.2% THC within any CBD product before it is regarded as an illegal drug. Meanwhile, other states only consider it illegal if it contains 0.3% or more, with a few even going as far as 0.4%.

FINAL THOUGHTS ON IS IT LEGAL TO CARRY CBD VAPE JUICE THROUGH ANY STATES?

The critical thing to remember when carrying your best CBD vape juice around the USA is that different states have wildly different laws. People might find themselves accidentally breaking rules, sometimes with extremely unpleasant consequences.

CBD is illegal here in CA, it’s actually sold in gas stations. THC is too, but it has to be sold through a dispensary. The amount of THC in the pen greatly matters as Budman said, take a look at the labeling. Also, it doesn’t matter if both states are legal for THC, the airport is federal. Personally I don’t risk stuff like that, especially sense the state your going to is THC tolerant. You can get something there to fit your needs. However, if your going to do it, I would pack the pen in your checked bags and not on your person. You are far more likely to be searched than your luggage.

Canada to USA boarder crossing

Consequences of Bringing CBD Across the Border
Currently bringing any type of cannabis product across the border can lead to being barred from entering the US forever. The woman was fined $500 for failing to declare the oil, fingerprinted and subsequently denied entry to the U.S. If she ever hopes to enter the US again she will need to apply for a waiver which is $600. The U.S. government demands a criminal record check from the RCMP, letters of reference, a letter of remorse for past wrongs, proof of employment and documentation outlining a person’s residence and work

1) Banned for life

2) $500 fine for failure to declare

)) $600 waiver for denied entry

4) Letter of remorse for past wrongings
