Like E-Raser said in our COD5 servers it depends : if you're on a Freeze Tag server, spawn killing is allowed. Although, on our Free For All servers, it's NOT allowed. So, it depends on which server you were playing ? Also, if it was on one of the DM server and that it's a recurrent thing and always from the same player, you can always pm an admin and warn us, so that we'll keep an eye on the situation.
