Gardner. I just wanted to be close to my Brother who has a home about 11 miles away. I got a great deal and thanks to the VA. The home is finished and fully ready to move in, but just in case my Brother is a master carpenter and can help with any problems. He has been in the business his whole life really. I am lucky I work from home and my skillset is pretty much work from home going forward so the location doesn't really matter. I am mostly looking forward to being a homeowner and doing my own thing.
