We noticed a bald eagle soaring above us BUT we noticed that there was possibly a chem trail concentrated behind him as he was flying low looking for beers mean ass cat that bit me last night. Okay, so somewhere along the way I missed this particular thread on the upcoming Fest. After putting it off due to schedule uncertainties, I happy to say Deb (wife) and I have reserved at the Quality Inn 14-17th! Woohoo! Can't wait to see you all again - looks like a record year. I'm told here in MIchigan we can get an enhanced drivers license, which looks much the same as the Passport Card. It allows entry into the same - Canada, Mexico, Bermuda and the Carribbean nations. I have a Passport, but my wife must renew her driver's license anyway this month so she's getting the enhanced driver's license. We'll, of course verify that at our SOS. See y'all soon!

I don't know what to say......he was my best friend in XI. I couldn't have asked for a better friend. we were like partners in crime kicking ass in COD4 and War Thunder. i always looked forward to shootin the breeze with him in TS, talking about anything and everything. he helped train me as an admin, and i could always go to him for advice. when he ended up in the hospital and PT last year, gaming just wasn't fun anymore. you didn't deserve this. i miss you buddy

May be more of an individual family time thing if not enough interest Casinos There are 2 Casinos in the Niagara area. One right downtown by Clifton hill about a 5 minute walk from the main XI hotel. and the newer one up the hill, 30 minute walk or if i remember correctly they have a shuttle you can get a cheap day pass to go back and forth from the 2 casinos, I will look into it a bit more on my days off. I know both have a fairly cheap and actually not too bad buffet, not lobster and steak, but sustainable food that aint gonna kill ya LOL. Remember though, ALL CASINOS HOTELS BUILDINGS HELL EVEN PHONE BOOTHS ARE SMOKE FREE THIS SIDE OF THE BORDER!!!

funny how we all started with the weber charcoal then went all fancy to the gas and now going back to the weber.gas is a pain in the ass and they all rot out

went back to charcoal 7 years ago and haven't regretted it..... I use a Weber with an ash collector and temp. gauge .....Love it and its simple and cooks great. If you like to slow cook at low temps or indirect heat I suggest you get a hot box to heat your charcoal so you can add additional coals (grey) to your grill without introducing more flames and higher temps. GRILL ON !!!

Only reason i sold my gas grill a couple of years ago. Charcoal for the best meat!

I have booked the flights so will definitely be there, arriving in Toronto on the 8th September and departing on the 19th. I plan on travelling for a few days before - probably up to Montreal and perhaps further up to Nova Scotia. If anyone has any suggestions then I would love to hear them, I have the five days before the fest and then perhaps one or two after (depending when things wrap up). Haven't booked where I am staying yet but will try and get that sorted once I have a better idea of my schedule.
