Ive been out 2x in the last 10 days fishing for perch on Lake Erie near the mouth of the Detroit river. We did real well both trips. Limits of 50 each man both times. Really nice size perch in the 8" to 10" class. A lot of fun to catch and great table fare.

For the the "special members" of >XI< also called the BUNNY HOPPERS this would be pretty funny to have i think.

And the winner is... Tks Quint and Frenchi for your skill. Tks VHS2 for having been there!

So, what do you guys think of this club thing? I am not a fan. It is low profile and a bit confusing to navigate, at least for me. I appreciate all the the @Sitting-Duc does. However, I am not a fan of this particular set up buddy. I like the old way where we would have our own forum and our posts show up in the feed for all to see.

All I know is call of duty 4 has the most members your other clubs suck lol don't join them join ours we will be having beer and wing night this saturday

Here are some shots from the Outer Banks of North Carolina where I have been vacationing for a week. The week started out very rough with Hurricane Jose just offshore. We had ~50 mph gusts for the first three days. Beaches have been closed to swimming all week (unless you were a professional surfer here for the competition). Weather broke on Wednesday (beaches still closed) but at least it was nice and sunny. The waves were huge for this area and the surfers were having a blast. So I decided to grab my camera and make the most of it. The weather was also perfect for some night exposures at the Bodie Island Light House....although I had to fight with a group of clueless photographers one evening. Also had fun flying my drone around. Had a video to upload but I guess it's too large...I'll resize it and try again later. Oh....the surfer photos were taken with my Canon 5D MK IV and Canon 100-400 f/4.5-5.6L USM IS lens The lighthouse photos were taken with my Canon 5D MK IV and Canon 24-105 f/4L USM IS lens. On tripod (IS / AF disabled) with remote shutter on BULB at f/4 for ~13 seconds) One more night then back to reality for a few weeks. Snagged a couple of shots of a Bald Eagle when I was out boating on Memorial Day. Two of the better ones. Taken with Canon 5D Mark IV and Canon 100-400 f/4.5-5.6L IS USM lens. Eagle was about 100 yards away so these are significant crops. Also took my new drone out and got some footage I may post a little later. Cheers!

Excuse me, I thought being a member of XI was exclusive enough of a club. Now we have clubs within the club? Sounds like a marvelous way to divide the clan into cliques, rather than retain us all as mutual friends. Club away, club-clubbity-club.

That's a fair comment, it's still very work in progress so I imagine we will go through some teething problems As it stands the two 'changes' are that the forum no longer displays on the forums page and that you have to join the club to post in that section. Everything else is the same and posts will still display in the feed on the homepage for all to see. The navigation and low profile comments are something I am aware of and haven't put much time into yet - what ideas would you have to make it higher profile and easier navigation?. One I had would be to have a drop down on the top bar with direct links to the club section.

I think people are reading too much into the word 'club'.. I may look to see if I can change it to 'game' or similar...

I have to agree with @Sonovabich here - the club change for me is really about trying to promote the other games that we support and support them in creating their own place in this community..

Being a member of said clubs will not divide the clan into cliques m8, that happened quite a while back i think, we have 2 massive cliques in this clan....The Freezetag clique and the Battlefield clique, if it ain't Ftag or Battlefield then you barely exist around here....shame but there it is.

Kickn that method is referred to as a SCROG - screen of green. I am going to do it on my next grow. Going to grow one plant and veg it long enough to fill my 4x4 screen.

There are always going to be those parents who have no respect for their children. Karma always come back on them. Do they still do that? They actually make people pee in a cup? Wow man I would of had my lawyers making up paperwork asking what drugs they are testing me for, why they are testing me, all kinds of loop holes. There are so many prescription drugs that can make you have a false positive test. All CBD has a low mix of sativa and idio. It is great for anxiety and much more. In oil form it is even better. The little girl Charlotte in Colorado which I believe started all legalization of medical marijuana had a strain named after her. I believe she was 5 years old at the time and was experiencing 400-500 seizures a day. When she was given the cbd weed her seizures went down to under 5 per day. They worked with her to find the right strain and when they did her seizures went to 0. She was their test subject and she gets it for free for life. As she grew up they had to test new strains on her and it is still working for her. She is the reason why so many parents of kids moved to Colorado to help their children's medical issues. I use this method each time. Sometimes the plants do not need the string because they spread on their own. My present plants do not have string as you can see in the pictures I posted. Spreading them out gives you way more buds.

New toy: a ~$100 MIDI controller. These are normally used as a music mixer for live music, DJ-ing, etc. My usage for it is quite a bit different: Image editing. The application that I use for image cataloguing and basic camera RAW image editing is LightRoom, from Adobe. Using a free plugin for LightRoom called "MIDI2LR", I've mapped the controller's dials, sliders, and buttons to LightRoom tools. It's easy. The first time I plug in the controller and once in LightRoom, I activate any control on the pad and MIDI2LR opens a dialog that lets me choose from organized menus which LightRoom tool I want to associate with that control. The process is very intuitive. I mapped it out in advance and had it set up in a few minutes. I only have to do this once and save the mapping file. The dials, in rows of 8, I've set for red, orange, yellow, green, aqua, blue, purple, and magenta adjustments. The adjustment rows are for adjusting those colour's Hue, Saturation, and Luminance. The sliders correspond to primary adjustments of Colour Temperature, Tone, Exposure, Highlights, Shadows, Whites, Blacks, Clarity, and Vibrance. The buttons let me navigate my photos, undo/redo adjustments, zoom in/out in increments, select white-balance presets, attach ratings to images etc. This will speed up photo editing greatly. This image was edited with the controller! Once I get to the point where I don't have to think of what control does what, I can just focus on the image and make my adjustments with my left hand. This will replace a lot of clicking around with the mouse to various tabs and on-screen sliders. I noticed that while navigating through my images, as soon as I touch an editing control, it takes me directly to the editing mode on-screen. The fine-control and having my most used tools handy on one physical device is game changing. If I need more controls, I can simply add another controller. There are many on the market, starting for as low as $40 with a few controls. I've just added coloured dots for the dials and I'm in the process of makeing lables for the sliders and buttons. I'll post an image of the controller again when it's all finished.
