Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that we are trying out a new server, its the same mod as the MW2 Freezetag server but will be playing TDM. If you love the mod but want a change of pace from Freezetag give it a try. Server name - Aabsolute >XI< MW2 TDM IP - 63.251.20.148:28960 For the admins the rcon password is the same as the MW2 Freezetag server, and I will be adding it to your NFO profiles also.

Just to note, to hopefully put an end to some of this, I uploaded the fix to move that spawn point out of the building in arbor_day. It will require a server restart if not done already.

No, this wont be a tube or rpg in a pistol. Since the projectile is very small its explosive punch will be as well. If you want to do damage you still have to land a hit on the target very close. For the demo its power is still relatively large for testing. Slow RoF. Low ammo count. There is travel time, like all rockets, so if you like to hop around and spam you would still be better off with a normal pistol. The model looks off because there is something wrong with the specular file. Oh and the primary is the lsat. Replaces the hbar. It will have the stats of the m60. So the class will have the saw, rpd and lsat. edited: grammar mistake.

I am not an XI member so here I am bitching about being blocked by a door that I can't open because of some asshole that is blocking it. Why the fuck would you put it in the members section when it is obviously effecting non members? That is just plain dumb. You spawn, can't move, die by some idiots nade or tube, repeat, repeat. The game is to have fun well for kryst sake you can't have fun if you die 2 seconds after spawning??? Maybe an empty server is better then eh? People are not going to want to play because of that!! RANT OVER !!!

cant wait! we tlkded about something like this in the server...i was wondering can u drop a nuke defroster? i think that would be a sweet add...imagine 2 players unfrozen one of them drops the nuke defroster on teammates and kills enemies at same time...would be a fuckin awesome twist

i was under the impression that blocking doors was against the rules. nothing that i read or anything just been playing on it a long time and seem to remember admins telling people not to do it. it doesnt matter on most maps, but if your team is down to one player ive seen it happen before. just always thought is was a given rule from way back.

@dadda2 Talked to a few people on Teamspeak about having a mostly stock rotation for a week and they liked the idea. Thought that might be something we could try occasionally, if it all goes horribly wrong could always change it. I know a few of the maps don't work so I took those out. The only one I'm not sure on is WetWork, and whether Shipment and Killhouse would be included, maybe they could be 3 rounders. I added a few favorites in to increase the map count a little : strike chinatown coldfront (not stock) vacant v2 (plays better than original on freezetag I think) overgrown crash ambush mp_4t4hangar (not stock) wetwork? pipeline shipment (3 rounds)? countdown backlot bloc killhouse (3 rounds)? bog downpour tigertown (not stock) Maybe people can like this if they think it would be fun to try.
