omg, do u really complain now about ppl being nice and kind??? how weird is that now.... the views allways r higher numbers cause if u have bday u might look a few times that day and create more... is that number difference really a point to get upset about? I think if ppl wanna wish me a happy bday its great, that what the forum is for as well. If u want no wishes, ignore it. Beers has put many hours into setting up a COD4 game not so much for COD4 players as much as COD2 and COD5 players looking for something different and hundreds of new maps. Our primary COD4 server is Ace Mod, a mod which greatly improves the game through new weapons and other changes. But that server is set to run very fast and playing Ace Mod takes a lot of getting used to. Some just don't like that fast speed. And so, Rugger has OKd a version that runs at regular speed. The server is called Ace Mod Slow Version and it's linked on the home page but can be found at 192.223.27.209. Lots of members stopped by when it first launched and while Beers was in process of sizing the maps. That's done, and the server's ready to go. But few are playing on it because when they jump in, there's no one else home to play with. We need to kick start this server by setting up a day/time to meet on it and have some fun. That might get a core group playing regularly. So make a note to join Ace Mod Slow Version every Sunday starting at 8 a.m. If you're usually near the bottom of the list when the map's over in COD5, you'll find that Ace Mod Slow Version better equalizes play. Give it a try this coming Sunday. You'll like it!

I built a couple of 4-bay butterfly antennas. Mounted one facing west, and one south. Pick up all the Quad city and Peoria channels in hd 60-70 miles away. Closest is 40 miles. Chicago is 90 miles to the east, but no clear line of site. Pull in 29 channels, all major networks + pbs.

In my opinion we should get rid of the happy birthday posts...all they do is spam the forum latest post listing. Maybe I'm a dick, but those that I talk with regularly may know when my birthday is and if they want to wish me a happy birthday cool, if not, no biggy since it's just an online community. But honestly, the 20 people who just randomly post happy birthday for the hell of it provide me no warm fuzzies when I read it...lol. Again, just my opinion.

Parents use one similar to what you linked. They like it and can get stations 40ish miles away. I use a Channel Master DVR and a large antenna in the attic, along with a Sling TV account for sports. I pay average $30/month. The no subscription DRV I have looks to be discontinued. They now have this. Sling TV is nice. You subscribe to a base package and can add other things to it for $5-$15 more/month. The add-ons are prorated. Extras like HBO is $15/month but I don't want it month after month. So I add and cancel it via the website a few times a year and only for a week or less at a time. That means I only have to pay about $4 each time. Been doing this for over a year now.
