I'll bet no one else in XI has this gaming rig. In the early days I couldn't get used to a mouse/keyboard so I jumped on this device, a Panther XL analog joystick and trackball combination that came out in 1996 for games like Quake, DukeNuken, Doom and Unreal. A clan developed around users of the PXL called Assassin3D which was highly ranked at the time. Over time, the clan hired an engineeer to design a small board which was placed inside the PXL to turn it from an analog device into a digital USB device where both the trackball and joystick mimic a keyboard so that it will support any game, regardless whether it allows use of a trackball or joystick. Doesn't make me a star player by any means but it keeps me in the game. The system it's attached to is an older Alienware with a GeForce GTX 745 and a Samsung 32" curved monitor. Highly recommend the monitor which is under $200 at Sams Club.

I don't post a lot but. I am asking for some prayers for my wife and her brother. Last Wednesday my wife's mother had a major cardiac event or at least that's what they are calling it. Sometime between last Wednesday and Saturday while stable and still in critical condition she had a extremely large stroke which has created brain swelling and no return to a normal life as she would have known it. My wife and her brother have decided to remove all life support from on this Monday. her name is Ruth and she was a surgical nurse for 35 years. she help saved so many people in those 35 years and now its time for her watch over us from a much higher angle. Ruth buried her husband 2 and a half years ago and has been heart broken ever since. So if you can just keep them in your thoughts prayers I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks Monkey XI 4life

I'm looking forward to Shaking Hands with the Milkman, version 3. I was playing a lot of Polishing the Banister but it just wore me out. Then I moved on to Boxing the One-Eyed Champ and it was OK but I wanted more personal involvement so I Took the Self-Guided Tour and then had at Spearing the Bearded Clam before Auditioning the Finger Puppets and then a bit of Singing Soprano before I finally got back to Clicking the Home Page. Maybe I'll try some Burping the Worm.

Well just wanted to stop in and leave a post saying hello. Ive been playing Ring of Elysium for a while now. I have been in XI team speak for a few months now and really enjoy the fellowship when they are sober {Texas}.. I'm a former clans men of Phoenix911 when I was the 2nd in charge in the DDC about 15 years ago. I was a member of that clan for 10 years until it disbanded and I had to take a extended break to lose a marriage, but I'm back and enjoy things again. I look forward to play against many of you in other games in the future. So once again this Is just a big HELLO from the Mountain_Mann here in Tennessee..

Hi guys and gals. As a prelude to some additional 147 testing, and after some discussions, the rotation speed of all stealth-UAV vehicles has been increased to %200 to see how it affects gameplay. The thought was to make them harder to hit and shoot down. It also does make it a bit harder to target on the reaper since your look-at is moving faster. So a trade off. Harder to make a kill, but harder to kill you. %200 might be too much but we shall see what happens. Will take effect on next server restart.

I, and several others, would like to know if we could start up a CTF server for COD WAW? Those interested in a CTF server can reply to the poll and hopefully we can get this going.?

Ermmm... Shouldn't the pump be full only maybe AFTER it's been used? Certainly wouldn't want to touch, much less use a full pump?

Disabling the chat box for non members was an immediate fix for a situation that was escalating, and wasn't intended to be long-term. There were also issues with the website in general the past several days. Duc has been working diligently on it to resolve those issues and find a solution to the chat box abuse by putting the 10 post parameter in place, a parameter that doesn't even come close to excluding someone with your post count.

There's a background tasks system that does the caching for this, it's a bit overloaded with copying the files over from the backup though ? Will get better when all the files are moved. Duc

Slight issues I ran into , when you login it displays all the last recent posts from where you were last online. Fixes when you refresh homepage again
