When the SHTF? This is my kit.

Two hunters are out in the woods when one of them collapses. He's not breathing, so his friend calls 911. "My friend is dead! What should I do?" The operator replies, "Calm down sir, first make sure that he's really dead." There's a brief pause on the line, and then a loud bang. Back on the phone, the guy says, "Ok, now what?"

There was a pilot flying a small single engine charter plane, with a couple of very important executives on board. He was coming into the Seattle airport through thick fog with less than 10 miles visibility when his instruments went out. So, he began circling around looking for a landmark. After an hour or so, he starts running pretty low on fuel and the passengers are getting very nervous. Finally, a small opening in the fog appears and he sees a tall building with one guy working alone on the fifth floor. The pilot banks the plane around, rolls down the window and shouts to the guy “Hey where am I?” To this, the solitary office worker replies “You’re in a plane.” The pilot rolls up the window, executes a 275 degree turn and proceeds to execute a perfect blind landing on the runway of the airport 5 miles away. Just as the plane stops, so does the engine as the fuel has run out. The passengers are amazed and one asks how he did it. “Simple” replies the pilot “I asked the guy in that building a simple question. The answer he gave me was 100 percent correct but absolutely useless, therefore, that must be Microsoft’s support office and from there the airport is just five miles due East”.

One gets a determined look on his face and says “Hey ... over here in the weeds, there’s a railroad tie. Help me carry it over here. When we toss THAT sucker in, it’s GOTTA make some noise!” The two guys drag the heavy tie over to the hole and heave it in. Not a sound comes from the hole. Suddenly, out of the nearby woods, a goat appears, running like the wind. It rushes toward the two men, then right past them, running as fast as its legs will carry it. Suddenly it leaps in the air and dives into the hole. The two men are astonished with what they’ve just seen... Then, out of the woods comes a farmer who spots the men and ambles over. “Hey ... you two guys seen my goat out here?” “You bet we did! Craziest thing I’ve ever seen! It came running like crazy and just jumped into this hole!” Nah” says the farmer “That couldn’t have been MY goat. My goat was chained to a railroad tie.”

So after the last 737 MAX 8 crash, many of my fellow idiots sought me out and asked “why”. I did my best to explain, but I never flew this plane. I only flew the ancient 737-200, and I never liked it. I have since found this video which gives pretty good explanation. There is going to be a lot of people in the hot seat on this!

Who else is prepared and trained? Curious to know personal choices and readiness. ** Note: This is not my issued kit and equipment. There are some differences, mainly based on personal preference and policy.

I have said this to def ears while playing a few times. Can we change this back to only being able to spec your own team in overtime? It kind of kills stealth and surprise. Especially if it is many on 1 in overtime. All it takes is team chat or Teamspeak and other team has your location. I'm not sure if this was on purpose or a mistake in the server config. It didn't used to be this way some time ago. MW2 is set up correctly for this. Server 1 is not...

To our american friends (but not only): It happens that the statues (copper) on the roof of ND were made in the same workshop in France as the Statue of Liberty! The statues were luckily removed from the roof few days before the fire.

EastCoast50, As a Canadian, knowing that we cannot use a firearm or even a knife to defend ourselves, I don't see my gear as prepping. But if we deal with SHTF/WROL ,etc...then its like possible to think about that. I'm in the service still, so if SHTF, I'll be at work.... I don't own my own chest rig/plate carrier or a helmet. Maybe one day if I get into competitive shooting. I got an AR-15 lower (Aero Precision). Building the AR is next. But check my blades collection for SHTF! Its the two variant of the Cold Steel VOYAGER-series knives in AUS10a Steel. I got the "large" with the clip point blade. The huge one is a Voyager XL with a 5.5 Inch tanto point. Also, to supplement, my Ontario Knife Company (OKC) Kukri in 1095 steel, and the old faithful Ka-bar with updated furniture. Got to have at least one Ka-bar! Finally, the fixed blade with the black scabbard is a Czech MIKOV "Uton" assault knife in 1075 steel, unmarked...It was part of a shipment sent to Ukraine as war-aid from the Czechs...and seized at the Turc border apparently.... " For people that don't know about Cold Steel knives, well the owner Lynn Thompson is quite the guy. Of course he is a businessman and he puts on a good show, but the products are good and the man looks like he is a patriot. Some of his videos on Youtube are found to be a little "different", I agree. But torture testing is nice to look at, in order to understand tre limitations...

That is a real shame seeing such a beautiful monument that took 300 years to complete go up in flames like that. Hopefully, it will be rebuilt again with the same love and passion as the first. My thoughts and prayers go out to all Catholics and to France. ??

Server looks full to me. What issues are you seeing and when do they start to happen?

If youre a great player and liked by the community here thats wonderful, but if youre a great player who is douchebaggy towards others thats another thing. I think whether that player acts in a manner accordingly should decide if they stay or not. This label of "world class" isnt right because its suggesting that XI doesnt have great players which it of course does. The other non members dont complain about getting whooped by them because they arent douches to others. Those that have been banned for apparently being too good is only half of the story as we only hear of fraction of what the admins discuss. Obviously banning great players isnt what you should do, Screaming he or she hacks over and over again because you cant accept the fact a great player can be great without cheats is annoying to see, which causes problems in and of itself. those who may think the admin teams dont do their job should be ashamed cause they do one hell of job looking out for the clan!!!
