Yet another tasty pizza. Letting the dough sit for an hour or so total is easier than kneading & lets it autolyse: Native enzymes then break down the starches into sugars for the yeast to gnosh, making it fluffier; other enzymes are also busy creating gluten from the proteins, giving the dough the desired strechiness... all without needing to knead. I mix it in 3 or 4 stages.. alternately adding flour to the yeast water, letting it sit for 1/2 hour or so, then incrementally adding the remaining flour & letting it sit some more. It gives the flour time to be properly hydrated & the enzymes to do their thing. Afterwards, I let it sit for the rest of the afternoon before placing it in the fridge for 2 or 3 days. Then I pull it out of the fridge, ball it up & let it come to room temp for a couple hours before stretching & topping it. Very economical also. You can make a 14 inch pizza with generous toppings for ~$2.00.

i am pretty happy with kamado joe i have the classic 2 and the joe jr. pellet grills are awesome but i prefer the charcoal grills more. but man those treagers are easy to setup

Oh, the ingredients are simple: 4 cups flour, 1 teaspoon sugar in the 1.5 cups of 105 F yeast water(or your own biga/poolish) & a tablespoon of olive oil mixed in at the end if you like; that way it doesn't interfere with the flour absorbing the water.

I don't think there is anyway to explain his actions in that video, with a good outcome for him. I agree with the ban.

Turns out HarryWeezer is the (then) Head Admin who banned you. At his choice, he is no longer acting in an Admin capacity so I will have to step in here. The ban record states: I have reviewed this video, and find it perplexing at best. It shows you doing exactly what it says - finding your way to a tunnel while looking up at the sky. Moreover, the overall commentary on the video regarding your presence on the server was quite toxic. Based upon what I've seen in the video, and an understanding that no good will ever come from un-banning you - even if you can explain the video - my decision is to maintain the ban.

The double barrelled shotgun was awesome, and as Maz discovered it was already one of my favourites, the rifles were rubbish and need to reload faster, the machine guns were great and ffs don't tell Black Cat 13 about the pistol, or Budman or Rocket Jay, even Larsin would be impressed may even be faster than acemod

Grrrrrrr Bark! Cool little munchkin. She looks like a smart one. You can usually tell by the eyes. They will stare at ya, eyes wide open and they don't get distracted easily. My brothers big 4 year old Shepard is the most mildly tempered dog that I've seen. Not the smartest but definitely mild tempered. She barks but only when she hears something she doesn't like. Like when someone knocks on the door she gives out a couple good deep barks and a little growl. Moms little runt of a dog tries to bite it and Bella completely ignores the little barky mofo. My niece climbs all over her and tries to ride her like a Horse. She is about as big as a damn horse. She has to be close to 150lbs lol
