Morning all, I spoke to Funky this morning and he is okay with me posting this. His Mother has been dealing with cancer for a while now. Being that she has been on chemo has really shut down her immune system and she has taken a turn for the worse. They are talking to the doctor this morning to see what the next steps are for her. According to Funky his Mom just wants to go home and be with family. Please if you can pray for Funky and his family as they have some hard decisions to make and what could be soon the passing of his mother.

A nodule is not necessarily the C-word Toes, so that's good! You're going down the road my wife Deb went through two years ago. Nodules are common and only if a certain size do they worry. If concerned enough, then a Biopsy to see if it's C. Then a lymph node check to be sure it's local to an area. If local, they can remove it. If not Chemo and/or radiation is needed. Since her's was local (one tumor), Deb had her right upper lobe removed to remove the tumor and glad to say a two year survivor! She also smoked a long time, but quit for 12 years before the tumor showed up. Her dad at 69 and brother at 45 passed from lung cancer, so she was very sure she had no chance. I know it's hard to not worry, but keep your chin up and I wish the best to you and your family! Meds and treatment get better all the time!

Wish I could say I was proud of them, but I'm not.

When i was in the hospital 2wweks ago and was so sick they xrayed my lungs and saw a spot on my right lung.they where not sure if it was a tumor or the infection from the pneumonia. i go back on the 8th to have my lungs xrayed again to see if the spot is gone?

I've been to Canada a few times. I have grandparents who used to live in Ontario but reside in Victoria now. I know this is a crazy and alot of things to do but it's always been a dream of mine not just a spur of the moment thing.

Cheesecake is my favorite of all time. Timmah, thanks for making me drool LOL I used to buy a huge one every christmas. Now I make it. The picture shows a purchased one and I made one same size for my husbands birthday this past May. It is 14" round, 5" thick, has cookies all around, filled with glazed fresh strawberries, real whip cream and a 2" ribbon to tie around it. I will post step by step pictures at Christmas if I remember.

Have you ever been here? If you have did some thing bad happen to you? Canada is one of the highest paid countries for nurses. There is no waiting for papers if you prove your skills. Your automatically accepted. If you ever consider Canada do not even look at Ontario. It has the lowest pay for nurses. I believe British Columbia is the highest. BC also has the Canadian Rockies. You can sit out on your deck every morning with your coffee and look at them. BC also has no industries so you get breath in fresh air 24/7. It is beautiful there. I do not know what your responsibilities are as a US nurse but in Canada you do not need a doctor watching over you when it comes to inserting IV's, taking blood samples, making decisions you feel is ok for a patient, etc etc etc. I read an article about a Canadian Nurse who went to the UK and about 4 months in she wants to come back to Canada because she wasn't allowed to do anything without a doctor's permission. The doctors do everything there. The nurses do not have the permissions as other countries and the wages are not as high.

So the end result here was he eventually purchased the 'Mac App Store' version of the game, which allowed it to use the mic. No matter any longer because both the Steam and App Store versions which are only 32-bit were yanked because of the next version of MacOS not running 32-bit apps. RIP COD4 on Mac.
