Hello! My name is BigRedTwit, I have been around for a while but I have never gotten the hang of this internet and website stuff. Thankfully my youngest daughter is attempting to help me out. I am a hilarious old man who loves shooting the shit and playing this game whenever I am not working. Hi my name is Ge Ge (its pronounced like gg) i'm 17 years old and i'm from North Carolina. I know I'm not 18, but I will be turning 18 on November 16. I play a lot of games, like Cod 4, League Of Legends, Minecraft, MW3, Garrys mod and many more. The main reason on why I want to become a XI clan member is to avoid getting kicked on Cod 4. I usually top frag on Cod 4 freeze tag but I always get kicked to make room for clan members. Hey buddy, don't be sad if you want a story about guitars I'll pluck one out of thin air for you, no strings attached, it may strike a chord. It was in the early sixties when I taught Jimmy P..e to play, up till that point he had only played with his organ which was making him cross eyed, I saw the effects of gripping it too hard and demonstrated softer strokes with my sister, who later became my first wife and my fourth. We toured Europe together in an old transit van, our first gigs were a disaster, Jimmy was distraught at getting no applause, but later that night my sister gave him the clap. It was on his first visit to the std clinic that our lives changed forever, he fell in love with the doctor giving him an injection, later she gave him another dose, all jobs have perks. We met two lads called Robert and John who had the thing our band needed most - petrol, Robert also knew another boy called John who he had been introduced to by his bird at a yard sale (get it?) and we decided to go on tour. Now I didn't understand the rock world , I booked a bus to take us to the Trossachs, Loch Lomond and Ben Nevis, the others looked slightly shocked, I was a wild one in those days man but got the idea I was wrong when we played to two Highland cattle on our first gig on the tour. At this point they booted me out of the band, which was lucky as afterwards I had a successful career in the Navy, as the saying goes when one door closes another door opens, I was shit in submarines though. I've often wondered what happened to those lads?, they're probably bricklaying or scaffolders now, they'd be jealous of my career I bet, sorry part was I still can't play the guitar.

I miss the 80's. I miss calling my friends on a REAL telephone where you used to have to dial or push each number separately. I memorized each of their phone numbers. I miss hanging out with my friends at mcdonalds, tim hortons, bars, bush parties, etc. I miss building tree houses in the forrest for our club parties LOL I miss going to rock concerts... nazareth, aerosmith, ted nugent, van halen, billy idol, journey, pat benetar, abba, queen, rush, reo speedwagon, bon jovi to name a few. I wish I could go back in time and not be so drunk and pass out on the field at the pink floyd the wall concert. I woke up at the end. LOL I miss the music festivals where many many groups and solo bands played. aaahhh the 80's were the best!!!!

So for my career, I lead a team of auto damage adjuster and for the most part, I love my job and my team is one of the best in the state of Florida. With that being said, I get a lot of request for adjusters who are sucking at their job to come to my team to help them turn their numbers around. Recently, I let this one adjuster come to my team and I told her from the beginning that I am going to have to re-train her since she has a lot of bad habits and I will not tolerate those type of habits on my team. I have noticed that if her day doesn't go a 100% as planned, she gets very frustrated and starts to shut down and make mistakes. I talked to her about it this morning and I told her that in our career, our day will never go as planned and that she needed to adjust to what is being thrown at her by these customers and body shops. What does she do next, she shuts down on me just because I tried to have a conversation with her about this!!! OK...i am done with my BITCHING for the day
