Hey all. I am finally doing my introduction. My name is Bobby. I enjoy playing games like COD and Battlefield but I do enjoy a Single Player game every now and then. I have been playing with the guys on the Rust server and its been a blast. I plan on playing a ton of different games but currently focusing on learning more about the ins and outs of Rust. Hoppers are amazing!!! its just part of the mod, its been for that for like 12 years, change it now would be an stupid idea. If you put in the CoD2 DVD in the drive, don't install it. Instead, right click the disc in the File Explorer then click 'Explore.' That will open the disc in the windows explorer. Find the install .exe and right click that. Properties. Compatibility, Run in Compatibility mode for Windows 7 (or XP). That will force the installer to run in compatibility mode. That SHOULD work, I haven't used a disc drive for so long.

I should be back soon just had to deal with some computer issues. Needed a new cooler for the cpu. Just got it ordered should be here in a few days.

Should remain the same. At the moment there is only one issue that might cause a problem for a small number of maps because of the increased mod.ff size, around 1 mb, but working on that also. Thus far, none have crashed except those that are already on the non-compatible list. Informed of players being kicked yesterday due to a mismatch but I think that should be taken care of now and uploaded.

Unless I missed it what game are you talking about?

Thks! @PainKiller too. I just bought CoD (the first one). I already have the other ones in boxes*, i.e. 12 which are the basic editions (except the last one only available through Steam). So, if the count is right, there are 14 CoD (basic editions only) ? *However, I am not sure that I could now install CoD2 from the DVD because of the compatibility issues with Windows 10...

Played for an hour or so tonight. The red screen for certain commands is awesome. Tried out the trophy system it's pretty weird lol. Not sure what to make of the different rcxds, I think the one that blows up is a little slower, haven't had a chance to try the defroster one. It's hard to say what effects these changes will have on the feel of the server so to speak, it would be interesting to play a few rounds of freeze tag with a fullish server with them. Not sure I like the warning of an enemy in your spawn, seems a bit of a giveaway. Am I right in thinking that you have different hit damage depending on where you shoot someone? Not sure if that exists on the current server but it seemed more pronounced? Didn't thoroughly test that but if so not sure what to make of that, would definitely add another element to the server making it a little harder. The only thing I'd definitely like to stay like in the current server so far is the semtex. The new one that just blows up when you rethrow after having picked it up takes a way a learned skill. That's what comes to mind at the moment. I think it would interesting to get a bunch of people in one night and thoroughly test it in freezetag.

Rob's just mad that he never got one of our Thompson loaners. Regardless, his service during WWI is greatly appreciated.

Interesting article, and I agree that its time we begin to open our respective countries to business (which by all accounts is happening). My thoughts are open cautiously for human nature has an awful habit of forgetting the past. We also are assuming that the bodies response system will react the same as it has to other viruses which we dont know yet. Who would have thought that a virus such as this would cause a run on anything like toilet paper (excuse the pun). Hell, they are now mentioning Killer Hornets, my first thought was should i go get more toilet paper? I think fear of the unknown is what drives people. From a public standpoint, one of the worse things that could happen to a model is that it works. Well here is my effort. One of my sons is a gamer and we are in the middle of decorating his room so he asked for custom art on one of his walls. It's from his favourite game, almost finished just some highlighting to do tomorrow when the silver paint is dry

Seeing what's happening across the pond with panic beef buying Rob thought he'd get ahead of the crowd. Went out on my scooter last night and rounded up my own stock in a local farmers field, 1 cow, 2 sheep, a horse and a poacher, couldn't wait and slaughtered the poacher this morning, any tips on recipes? My plan is to sell the horse to Frenchi, who ate the last one he owned, then with the francs buy some wine and cheese, for the end of lockdown party. Plonked the cow on the front lawn, should be plenty to keep it going, already neighbours seem anti smallholding and enterprise. The sheep have been a bit more troublesome, my collie keeps moving them to different houses in the street, the fckr wags his tail every time ? Solved this by disguising them as zebras with a bit of paint, collie lost interest but the local kids think I've opened a zoo. Solved this by telling their parents that I'm Jimmy Savilles brother. Now I just need a cabbage patch, wheres my old dollies ?????
