Went to the gun range today with the kid and had a great time! It was a little crowded but, it was sunny and very nice. Shot my Glock 26 which apparently I really need to clean. Shot my 380 that I always carry and fired out the rounds that I have always left in there and they all fired just fine. Finally we went over and shot my Sig AR-15 at 100 yards and had a great time. I am thinking about buying some kind of optics for my AR I am just not sure what I should step up to from the iron sights. I never shoot further than 100 yards. I didn't take any pictures at the range but here is my sweet Sig.

For those of you who recently downloaded ARK through Epic Games, accessing servers is a little more complex than doing it through Steam. Fortunately, @SgT.Chris did a little research and managed to find a guide on how to get in, here's a link: https://wiki.nitrado.net/en/Connect_to_an_ARK:_Survival_Evolved_server_(Epic_Store_Version) Some points to take note of: When typing the IP address into the console, you need to input a different port to the one in the other posts, the full IP and port is: 176.57.153.104:29000 Remember that Battleye needs to be turned OFF before you access the console because it registers this method as a cheat (It's not.) Remember that currently, only Crystal Isles is available to those playing through Epic as currently Epic Games does not support mods for ARK. This is literally just for the first time you play, you can then add the map as a favourite making it much easier to find afterwards.

once you've join a server and made a character the server will appear in the favourites in game so should just be a one time thing

In fact today is the perfect day to do our own survey as Sunday is usually one of the busiest days. Let the players decide, all those who prefer the old server play on it and ditto the new server, just for today, nothing like a real life statistic? Could even do it officially next week? Do you play on our servers ??

Well well it's that guy that likes to knife me from time to time.

Problem is... make the mod too different and people werent interested. Been there, done that. The guns are worthless unless you come from the perspective of all the original cod4 ones. Some obviously think this is a step in the wrong direction, however others think the opposite. You're not going to make everybody happy and its a fools errand to try. Everything that needs to be said and why has already been. No need to rehash it.

My final thoughts.. After playing this for about a month or how ever long.. It's simple. Might as well bring back the old mod. Nothing has changed here . Guns are worthless and speed seems to slow.. Jump height has not changed and certain gun classes are worthless.. The players that exploited the old mod are still doing so here . With mod set as it is imo and the work you put into it, Haven't changed a thing.. The purpose imo of a new mod is simple.. Make a new mod, Not a rehash of the old one..As for being technical.. I read most of the post and plenty of good people have given you lots of good info which i have seen no changes on...Understand I do appreciate all your work, But the first two weeks the mod was out, Were the best, Should have changed nothing after that ... Good luck finishing it ..

Well, that may be a good sign. Getting people out of their comfort zone a bit and having to think about the new features and options is an indication of how well this is thought out by the developer. I had same issue. When I installed the game I added punkbuster. I installed the legacy files and the issue was gone. cod4pblegacyfiles.zip codwaw pb legacy files.zip

@BigPapaDean PB not needed for cod5.

I don't believe you need Punkbuster to play anymore.. at least when I re-installed COD4 the other day through steam I didn't have to install it.
