This morning I got a call from the school telling me I have to come pick up my child because she has a runny nose and her head hurt. Both I am told are things to look for for Covid. I called the Dr and she was set up for a test today @ 1 pm so we go . Once we get to the place it took an hour to get her test done even with an appointment . She is 12 years old and they made her stick the swab up her own nose ( she was pissed ) and do the test . We find out if she has covid or not with in the next 72 hours. Prayers please this comes back clean.

Sheesh. This is all absolutely insane. So my facility 2 of my staff members have had covid. (From outside) they only had minor sore throat and body aches but tested positive anyway. We had to go on such a full lock down that even our residents couldn't come out. And no one in the building tested positive from these two people who contracted it from outside of work. We have lost quite a few of our residents. Wanna know why? Depression. Not being able to come out of their rooms or be able to hold their loved ones. Wanna know how sad that is to watch? Smh.

That's just me, dude. If you ask anyone that's known me since we were kids, they'll say something to the effect that I'm silly, crazy, unpredictable, funny, obnoxious, whatever. Just do whatever strikes me as interesting; as long as it hurts nobody. May have to age chronologically; doesn't mean I have to adhere to the popular aesthetic of discreet banality. LIfe's short, those minutes are finite; don't waste 'em worrying about what anyone else thinks. Oh yea, got your drink request knocked out.

I hate hearing this and they made her do that herself...Lazy ass if you ask me, it's bad enough to have it done, but a little kid do to themselves.. just lazy on the nurses part. I hope it comes back negative and she's okay! Prayers sent!
