Watched most of season 1 and the more I watched the more I wanted it to be "Good" but that never seemed to happen. I'm a HUGE Star Trek fan? nerd? But I can no longer bare to watch it. The episodes seem way to short. 10 minutes of shorts from previous episodes before the into, and probably somewhere around 65-70% of each episode is talking about past events. Star Trek has always been action packed with some sort of story but they are drawing out the story to much for my liking. They did a similar thing with Stargate Universe which IMO was the worst series in the Stargate franchise. Star Trek Discovery has Some talking and BS and the characters take some time be likable but each episode I watch, the more I want to watch.

That sounds good. I will have to see what my schedule is like next week, then I can commit to a day and time to set this up. I have been out of work for a few months, so I have been playing alot kind of mid day.. then late at night. I had went on a cruse a few months back I contracted covid.. yay. took about a month to clear up from covid and then I slipped coming downstairs and broke my foot. yay.. lol My 'out of work' note expires next week, but I still need to have a fallow up appointment and a work release note from my Dr. I'm not sure if she will release me or not, because it still feels jacked up. So.. I'll let yall know after my doctors appt.
