The same as Johnny, Killa inspired me to join XI along with Caper who sponsored me 13 years ago ...Killa taught me one of the greatest moves. I call it the Killa ladder kill.  You are climbing up a ladder the enemy is at the top you jump as you make it towards the top you shoot up at  and kill the enemy and then catch the ladder and climb up to the top to take the enemy's position. Thanks Killa I will never forget you and your spirit and the fun that you brought to the game.  RIP my friend

That's what I did (even before seeing your post!) and that worked. The restore took care of clearing out the registry, which is where I knew the problem lied! For all you that may convert to Windows 7.......INSTALL USING XP mode and have a Flash player installed first!! Thanks for the input gang!! I am back with upgrades!!

The thing about being number one is that if we actually reached that mark, we would have a ton more people coming to our servers, on the web site, and wanting to join. More members is a good thing, but at a slow steady pace. I doubt if we would handle all of the additional traffic with our current staff.
 
Maybe the senior staff feels differently but I think it might create more problems for us.

Its not hard to vote if each of us voted everyday we could be number one  keep voting

The shotties are 100% more fun than the pistols. I wouldn't drop them in any respect.  I was +15 in our tourney match but it was difficult. What you need to try and do is look for the availability of a server in the Texas area.  Most isps East or West coast (like yourself) with a decent path there are going to ping in the 60ms range. Which runs pretty smooth on the cod2 (quake3 engine) network code. People in that region will be better than that usually. 50 to 60ms range it really doesn't play much different than a lan usually. This comes from years of running a Quake3 server (same netcode) and playing way too much.

I have been on the ready since last Sunday.

Just a heads up folks...in order to have ALL weapons avai;able from all classes...we lost the ability to make wolves shotguns only by default.
It can still be played as shotties only,but we will have to rely on the honor system that people will choose them.
 Admins will have to remind players before the match begins..Sorry for the inconvenience,but there was no way around that.
