Ah, you can download the demos from above.  To view them, you need to move the demo into the demo folder that is located in your games profile directory.
 
Default is C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Activision\CoDWaW\players\demos
 
To view, you need to load the mod that it was taken in.  For example, if the video was taken in DM2, as were the above, start COD and join the DM2 server.  Then exit the server but not the game.  This loads the mod.
Then hit the ~ key to bring up the console line at top of screen.
Type in: /demo demoname
 
That's it.
 
Additionally, you can also set up key binds to record demos in game.  These demos when taken are saved to the demo folder and can be played back afterwards.  Again, you need to load the demo in which the demo was recorded in.

I think what the intent was to get people moving a little more on larger maps and made no difference on smaller maps. You can't shorten the times  or it would be on all maps just not the large ones. Thanks for the input everyone.

Well, I will say I was not in favor of the shorter thaw distance. I can understand if we want to shorten the rounds a little. 
My opinion is not meant to take away from all the good work our admins and map moders do.
It is really our/everyone's benefit that we reap the rewards of others hard work and time. We simply arrive play and away we go with not a care in the world.

Hearing a lot of griping about it and I must admit I don't care much for it either. There is always a problem getting folks to thaw and now that it is harder there is even less effort resulting in players being frozen for long periods which in turn causes them to leave. It also causes players to stay in thawing range of their spawn. Not the intended result I know but there it is.
