I have extensive experience with crouch servers in WaW ; for a long while the only two servers where I had decent ping were "tactical" crouch. They typically have a small but dedicated following that LOVE throwing around words and phrases like "takes more skill", "more tactical", "requires more teamwork" when in actuality it's simply taking a game and stripping it of features to produce a watered down and incredibly simple/frustrating experience. I found that I actually required less team interaction because... well when you remove 'moving targets', fish in a barrel comes to mind. Everything is easier, slower, and more stagnant. The crouch community boasts "no camping" rules but that just ends up with droves of slow moving targets to be murdered over and over right outside spawns because they are always HC so 1 bullet does the job before they even realize they are being shot at. On top of that, the style of play is exactly the same; long distance. No point in using shot guns or close range weapons ever. When I think of tactical, I think of a balanced team with a few snipers, a few run and guning shotty/close range smg's, and a few mid range/ building piercing heavy gunners depending on the map. This is all opinion of course, I have a few friends who swear by it and we simply agree to disagree =P

Careful, if you are too good be prepared for a grade-school-style, egregious amount of rage headed your way; having people refuse to play with you (literally calling you out every time you log on and leaving), in an ultimate attempt to get you banned. If not, the cod5 servers have some of the coolest and fun people to play with you can find. The head admins are for the most part exceptionally great. If you are like me and can only take so much before you forget that this is a game, and all enjoyment is utterly snuffed out, give cod 4 a try. The XI community there is nothing but accepting from my experiences so far.

I wasn't going to say anything because I usually don't let it bother me but at this point it's ruining the game. Extrakamikazi has accused me of hacking every single time I play with him, repeatedly calling me a hacker when I kill him. This happens without fail and sometimes he goes even further. He is as toxic as they come and I imagine the XI community would appreciate it if this guy would stop representing them in such a negative manner, I certainly would.

Extrakamikazi accuses me of hacking every time we play together and much worse. Any time i say anything in game he tells me to shut up or flips out. This isn't an exaggeration or mild occurrence and happens without fail. If this is true I'm amazed he wasn't banned months ago...

I don't believe I've demonstrated anything that even remotely resembles an "obviously HIGH opinion" of myself. However, please correct me if I'm wrong because my only intention is to be left alone. This is another one that shouldn't require explaining or deserve a response. The evidence is as clear as day. Just because you never mentioned my name while I was present, doesn't erase the fact that you were one of the first ones to attempt to alert the powers that be for hacking, and still to this day refuse to play when I log in. You made a post saying "This whole last week I have been watching it closely and it seems like thwere has been a huge drop off and I am just wondering why?" and then in that very same post you go on to say "If you had been around you would know what the real problem is!". Weird... It sounds like you might be fishing for more drama-laden malarkey. I don't want to fight with you, or be at the forefront of any more drama, and would prefer if we just squashed this whole thing, but that is on you; the ball is in your court.

You perpetuating an almost relentless witch hunt even after I had been exonerated of hacking certainly didn't help. Combined with turning on punk buster because of me, which effected over 75% of players and many who are not in the clan simply gave up trying to fix it. In fact, I can think of a few players who after multiple attempts, said goodbye and I haven't seen them since. Ironic considering I was one of the few that didn't have any issues with it. Other than that, I think it's relatively normal for clan servers to fluctuate due to real life stuff.

People appear on the map when firing non-silenced weapons.

I still dominate the ffa ace mod in cod 4, but Iboom is absolutely correct; I'm kinda sucking ballz with the transition to freeztag. The combination of different maps with the intense HC 1 shot kills/kill streaks/INSANE explosives/ are throwing me for a serious spin. It's going to take some practice but I enjoy the challenge >=)

Hi guys, figured I'd give cod4 a shot considering I used to love it 5 or 6 years ago <3! If you guys are anywhere near as friendly and awesome as the majority of the WaW crew, I can't wait to get into the mix of things. Looking forward to going head to head with the infamous iboomboom!

I'm not really sure how to react to this. I can tell you that I certainly would never adopt a "FUCK IT" mentality with hackers, I can't fucking stand people that hack. In fact, I never understood how someone could enjoy an aim bot or seeing people through objects. Trust me, you would instantly know if I was using hacks because at that point, I would be invincible. I would get the 150 kill cap in less than a few minutes and only ever die to occasional revenge spawns. No one would enjoy that, including me. As far as 'discounting' my score, go for it. What ever you need to do to alleviate your delusions sounds fine to me. However, by taking that stance you are essentially calling many of the people in your clan whose job it is to find and ban hackers, incompetent. It might interest you to know that relatively soon here, I will be off traveling the world and you will have 6 unadulterated months of game time without me. I apologize if this came off a bit strong but after the continuous personal attacks I've had to deal with, and even a few real life threats, I'm done walking on egg shells for defying a few people's rigid concepts of reality. The truth is, I'm a pretty nice guy, and I love it here. In fact, I've enjoyed this group of people more than any others I've encountered in gaming... You guys are awesome, fun people and I hope that doesn't have to end anytime soon.

This is really confusing to me as well, my videos are also 1080p and when I initially upload them, they only go to 480, and after a day or two end up being 1080. However, the 1080p videos I've posted are worse quality than your 720p examples? Wtf?!

So, you were originally enraged at people for accusing you of hacking, dealing with the same situation I've been going through, and yet you still "wonder why" I am concerned? I find that peculiar, but allow me to elaborate! Two reasons, the first being that I want to eliminate the EXCUSE "I don't play with that guy because HAX", revealing the simple truth, "I don't play with that guy because he is better than me!". I can live with that. The second is that I'm sick of "looking over my shoulder". It's a shitty feeling being temporarily banned for something you are innocent of (you were enraged for being accused, imagine getting banned) , and It's a lingering feeling that is hard to shake. I want to provide as much evidence as I can to eradicate any chance of that happening again. As for "we have a saying around here that we should leave our feelings at the door", It's unfortunate that a few of the players don't seem to ascribe to that concept, considering the verbal abuse I've dealt with.
