if you bind a key to deactivate ( in your case the p key) why not bind a key for activating ?  saves you the trouble of always typing /+activate when you enter the server.
and for key his concern, when you enter the server, you first see a text with the rules.
why not put the bind instruction in there aswell? doesn't need to be the lenght of a novel, just a short line.
for instance :
" to thaw without using your use key, enter in console : /bind key +activate and /bind key -activate , where key is your button of choice"
 
if they don't read the rules when they come in well then that's their choice. And when they don't understand it, they can always ask in game. It's a nice server and the players are always ready to help others, so i don't see a problem there.
Or maybe the text could be placed in the startscreen where the countdown to start the game is. that way everybody always sees it.
well that's just my thought.

the post in the beginning was intended more for slowfry. When i said " So slowfry if you read this , this is the reason why i left."  i ment the game today  not the XI community.
As you all know slowfry  he doesn't type much  he talks more
he did all this in voice chat.  and pls don't get me wrong, i know he can be ' rude and offensive '  but after i asked several times not to be insulting directly to me, i left.
today i wanted to make clear to him that i do not appreciate that kind of insults directed to me. I think it's not childish of me to do so, especially since we always had a good time on the server. ( btw  it's the freeze server )
and no i don't tape it or take video's.  like i said, i come to your freeze server to relax after work.
 
and please don't think this is about hurt feelings or to slap someone on the wrist.
it wasn't posted to hurt slowfry but only to make him see clear about this.
that is why i posted the fisrt mail to clarify beest his mail
 
i was startled by all the reactions sinse all i wanted was for slowfry to realize that even tough i like him alot, there are still bounderies.
i am sorry to have sturred up so many emotions about this

Like i said before and like i say now again, we ( beest and me )  still consider you a pall slowfry. We only wanted to make you understand that we didn't agree with how you acted back then.
 
Saying this should be possible amongst friends without breaking up.
 
Hell,  even beest and i disagree some times ( believe it or not  ) but that doesn't mean that when we disagree we can't say to eachother  what we disliked, and it certainly doesn't mean we are angry at eachother.
that only makes our friendschip stronger.

i still think of you as a good friend in game., and i don't mind you going of your rocker from time to time. Beest and i just don't respond well to personal attacks as you did then. So when you go that way in game, we leave the game. ( As stated before. )   Please don't leave if you see me or beest in game. Especcially sinse it's your server

first of all,  yes he was drunk, but after he started insulting me personally i asked him to stop. he didn't so i left.
i don't find insults a joke Mr. hxtr.
 
Mr. HellTigris, when somebody keeps calling me mf, c*nt etc, and i ask him to stop, and all he does is step up a notch, then i don't find that racist but personal and provocative. And no i don't have sensitive feelings but i come to your server to have a nice time after work. Like i mentioned before, i have no issues with slowfry, but if beeing drunk is an excuse for beeing rude to others, well, then i think i have a right to make a remark about that
if one can't even mention that he doesn't appreciate beeing insulted, without beeing said to grow a backbone, or pull up girl panties( i hope you refer to the lace kind of panties )  or getting a nice cry baby gif , then i can understand that you guys endorse such behaviour.
All i'm saying is, i like slowfry aswell, we had lot's of laughs, but that doesn't means i have to put up with everything.
 
i hope you guys understand what i'm trying to say.
