I have re-evaluated your remarks on our forums.
 
1. I do not, nor have ever made a statement claiming that I am the representative of the group called "Xtereme Idiots"
2. I never pushed blame off on any person or persons involved.
3. My past, either good or bad is in no way involved in this matter.
4. My associations with the a fore mentioned individual "X-Ray" is more involved then a "Lawyer" would know.
5. I never used you "client" as an "escape" goat. (please use proper English. "Scape" is the word you were looking for."
6. Again, you have repeated your previous comment about my past. As any reputable lawyer knows, it's not about emotions. you seem to have an invested emotion in this issue.
7. This "XI-Fest Thing" also has nothing to do with the case that you are supposed to be representing. So please stop multi tasking.
8. If you feel that I have "brain washed" any individuals that have an involvement in this matter, I would ask that you please provide me with this proof of coercion.
9. What political gain will I achieve from this action that has been perpetrated by your client?
10. There was no "situation against him" on my part.
 
"Rick James" has made a judgment in error and should make the corrective actions to the people that he has wronged. I believe the legal term is 'restitution".
 
In short, your clients access to the web site and game servers to manipulate the status and actions of my duties as an "XI" administrator was more then gross neglect on his judgment and can be construed as a federal offense, the same as his mishandling of the donations from members and friends of the Extreme Idiots clan that were to be delivered to a friend of ours that was on hard times after he lost everything.

I hope you took this on as a pro bono case. You "client" Mr. Brick has failed to take care of his parental responsibilities and now is in debt with the state of Wisconsin for the sum of $1070. So not only is he in default with the state of Wisconsin, he is in default with the sum of $2033.41 from the members of the XI community. And soon will be in default with you and your firm. I would suggest that you obtain a cease and desist order if you feel that your client is in harms way of members of XI.
