At that speed, you're getting a data transmission rate that's a whopping 1,000 times faster than services like Google Fibre, which delivers 1 gigabit per second (1 Gbps). At that speed, you can download 125 gigabytes every single second. http://www.zdnet.com/article/here-comes-the-terabit-per-second-network/ http://www.sciencealert.com/scientists-just-demonstrated-internet-speeds-1-000-times-faster-than-google-fibre Ruggerxi
 If you want those battlefield updates faster then you may want higher download speeds. hxtr
 Awards

We still use damp string, strung over the fields, in the English countryside. I expect to remain at 3.4 Mbps down and <500kbps up for years to come. Compare that to 1,000,000 bits or 1 megabits per second. Or your crazy 1,000,000,000,000 bits per second or 125GB Gigabytes per second. My music collection could be transferred in just over a second. I think we've discussed, on another thread, the old days of dial-up. How did we cope with V23 (75bps up and 1200bps down)? When I used the bulletin boards at V21 (300/300), I'd sit there watching the terminal program produce dots across the screen as I downloaded freeware. Talk about excitement... hxtr, deerejon and JohnnyDos
 Awards

Yep at 300 baud the same thing back in 1985 to 89. I was not suppose to be on the phone at night and as I am downloading something you could see when my dad picked up the phone yelling at me via the extra texts coming across the screen screwing up my transfer. Before error correction transfer protocols.
