  1. Haha wow wasn't expecting that! I won't spoil the surprise
  2. No idea why it's made me 2 threads.... Use this thread and ignore the other one until the mods can close it or something.
  3. Hey guys, just in case some of you don't know, you can apply to get into the Titanfall beta going on right now here: http://www.titanfall.com/uk/beta I don't know if it's still happening but they sent out some Xbox1 codes to people who applied for PC by accident (me being one of the recipients). If this does happen you can get it sorted pretty quickly through EA support, the process of which is explained here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/titanfall-beta-code-platform-issue-and-workaround/ I've played it myself (got to the beta level cap of 14) and I'm gladly, NOT disappointed as I was a bit sceptical. The infantry movement and gun handling reminds me a lot of COD4 and MW2 and the titans control a little bit like Hawken, but faster. It's pretty intense, hectic and fast paced. I was expecting a lot of the game to feel gimmicky but the parkour is actually pretty fun and fluid, and the titans are satisfying to use without being overpowered. I'm a bit disappointed that it uses that bloody lobby matchmaking system, but from what I can tell it uses some of Microsoft's dedicated servers because I haven't noticed any lag so far. To sum it all up, I wasn't so sure before, but now I think I'll be getting this one. Be sure to check it out.

  5. Wow that sucks. Hope it all works out
  6. Okay first thing is that the motherboard you chose is ideally a quad channel board in terms of RAM. It might be able to run in dual channel (I'd definitely double check) but... I dunno as its a quad channel optimised platform you may lose some performance. Not a whole lot mind you. To be honest mate you could probably save money by getting lower frequency RAM. In terms of games 2400MHz will usually only give you very little FPS difference from 1600MHz. But yeah, I dont know if you've already researched the RAM and what not but I just thought I'd share that word of caution. The rest seems pretty solid.
  7. Really looking forward to this! Thanks for the share
  8. Yeah me too... They're really pushing this game
  9. Yeah but you were shit at that game lol. And you picked one of the hardest tank lines to stick with. I play it every now and then at the moment cos I'm quite busy but Ive played it on and off since it came out. Highest tier at the moment is my T95 at tier 9. I plan to get it to tier 10 this summer ^^ It takes some time to learn the maps but once you do it's all about tactics. You need to know your tank and know its strengths and weaknesses. There's a place on every map for every type of tank.
  10. Looking forward to it already I wonder what they're gonna do with the multiplayer
