We have been in contact with Treyarch, and they have been working on a new server patch. We are expecting a number of issues to be repaired, but it is possible that your issue may still be affecting you. When this patch is released, we will announce it here, and make sure you are notified. We will put this ticket in a feedback status at that time. Should you experience further crashes at that point, you should re-open your ticket, and provide as much information as you can. Some things that can be helpful will include: 1: If it always happens at a specific time (such as during a map change, at round end, or on a specific map only). 2: If you were doing anything in rcon at the time of the crash. 3: If you noticed connection interruption prior to the crash, this may be helpful to know. Specifically, if you experienced lag, and then a crash. If your game simply stopped responding completely and crashed, this is not useful. Only if performance was suffering (but you could still play) just prior ot the crash. We want to thank you for your patience while we work through these issues. Some people have been skeptical of what we have been doing. and have pointed out that many servers don't have problems. Here are some facts that may help to explain this: 1: Crashes have been happening regardless of hardware type (we have a few different kinds of hardware, but it is mostly standard). 2: Crashes happen regardless of ranked or unranked status, and no specific map or action has been found to cause a crash. 3: Some servers do NOT experience crashes, however, there is nothing unique about them that would tell us why this is the case. There is no way to monitor server logs of a working server, to have them tell us why it is stable. 4: Treyarch is working with us closely. We provide them logs of many crashes, which they are using to debug, and repair the server code to eliminate the crashing problems. Thank you for reading, and we will continue to update this ticket as we can. Replys to this ticket that state that your server is still crashing will not help to resolve your issue. Please ONLY reply to this ticket if you are in the wrong queue (your server is not crashing) or, you have potentially useful information that has not already been provided. Until then, please wait for the patch which may be released in the next 24-48 hours.
