So there's absolutely no way to appeal? Aside from the fact that the use of the word 'nigga' was not being used in discriminatory terms? YouTube users use it IN their names, even in rap from black and white rappers it is used with no significant racial meaning. The ban was POINTLESS, utterly pointless, and I'm sure people have been banned for more important matters but even temporarily. If more then 70% of the gaming community agrees that 'nigga' is not racist and is used nowadays in non-racial terms, why am I being banned? I was not pointing my finger on anyone and calling them a 'nigger' and despite that I did not know about any of the rules for clarity before hand. Therefore, I think I deserve an appeal after almost a whole year of a ban. I'm advocating for the productivity and activity on the whole of the COD4 server, is that not a good thing? Yes, it is zero tolerance, but in a real world situation, where that word specifically is dropped millions of times in non-discriminating situations, do you think it would be true 'zero tolerance' to ban them from being on your property for 2 years? Also, consider this. If you were to say gay as in you were happy, its literally the same thing as saying "I'm a nigga". I'm not a racist, and nobody was hurt or offended. Zero tolerance starts when you are not afraid of a word, knowledge of it should be known instead of banning people and punishing them calling their actions discriminatory. Just my thoughts, please consider them.
