Yes it's an auto kick plugin for people with VAC bans. You are not banned from our servers you are prevented from joining.

There is no option to whitelist anyone from it, we have been running the plugin for 2/3+ years. It just an extra layer of security from potential hackers.

Yes your ban may have been over 4 years ago and you more than likely haven't done anything since that ban but the plugin doesn't allow us to allow you in, or else we will have to let everyone in

No problem! That was a relatively quick response. That's a bummer. You guys have two of the only populated insurgency servers with good ping. I would happily buy insurgency on another account but because of the pandemic I've been out of a job and been holding on to every penny i can. Maybe one day in the future i'll see you on the server. Thank you for your time.

I'm not sure you understand. I don't have a VAC ban on insurgency. I have a VAC ban on Left for Dead 2 from FIVE years ago. You can't remove VAC bans from your steam account. Are you telling me something I did 5 years ago on a game totally unrelated to insurgency or XI that I don't even get a chance to ever play on your servers?

1. What server were you banned from?: Extreme Idiots #1 (maybe #2 but its always full so i haven't tried)
2. When did you get banned?: Not sure. Banned as soon as i downloaded the game again.

5. Why do you think you were banned?: I have a VAC ban on my account from 1698 days ago. That's my beset guess.
