getting away from it all

An investment banker named Joe decides one day that he's had enough  so he quits his job and buys a big piece of land with a cabin way out in the woods. 

One day while sitting on his front porch sipping some Iced tea he notices a big burly guy with a beard wearing bib overalls is walking up his driveway. The man waves and introduces himself as he steps up on the porch.

"My names Roy and I'm your neighbor from up the road" the two shake hands and Joe gets Roy a glass of ice tea.

Roy tells Joe that he came by to invite him to a welcoming party,

Joe excitedly says "sure I would love to go" 

Roy says " well I should probably warn you the there could be some drinking"

Joe says " that's OK I have been known to  pound down a few beers in my day" .. . 

Roy says "there could be some fighting"   

Joe  . . puzzled but still excited says " I don't mind I can handle myself " 

Roy says: "the best part is there is always some sex"  

Joe, now very excited at the prospects of meeting a local lady and having some Sex asks: " it sounds like its gonna be a great time . . .do you need me to bring anything . . .food, beer?"

 

 

Roy: "Nope" 

 

 

Roy: " It's just gonna be me and you"!
