Looks like its back up, i just got in

For windows 7 users: C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Activision\CoDWaW\players\profiles There is a file called active.txt, open with notepad and type in your game name and save For windows xp users: C:\documents and settings\yourname\local settings\application data\activision\CoDWAW\players\profiles I think thats right lol

Profile is not gone, just the entry in the active file. If you need help restoring this just holler.

Being a regular on the server I offer up my opinion...... I am not a hopper and don't particulary like it but I can deal with the occasional hop around a corner etc. Depending on how I think you'll react I might cuss you out a bit .. ok maybe more than a bit. I have seen a few players who hopped constantly and that was extremely annoying but that was a while back and I can't say I have seen any excessive hopping lately. I agree that while I support the objective it does have a negative impact on gameplay so perhaps if it can be configured to lower your weapon after 1 or maybe 2 sequential jumps we may see a better result? Failing that I think dealing with the occasional hops will be better than the impact it has having on gameplay. We can always ask our admins to have a quiet word with any noob that thinks the map is a trampoline and we could just leave them frozen.
