The basic problem is always with the system which is not compatible with the Call Of Duty Black Ops. So advise you first to check for the Configuration of your system. Secondly the issue is caused by the Graphic Driver which is not updated. Its better to update the graphic driver of your system and then check whether you are getting the same issue or not.
