1. unzip the file (most likeley already done so)
2. rename one file in #WAPONS to the weapon you want it or use my defaults
3. copy the folders, not starting with # to your cod4_modtools/raw folder
4. add the content of to_mod_csv.txt to your mod.csv
5. add to your english/localizedstrings/weapon.str
