  1. true, probbably just lined them up really well to get a double headshot kill with 1 bullet. that's what I would do anyways. you know.. because i'm just that good.

I was more thinking they got lucky and had someone spawn right as they pulled the trigger.

  2. I certainly pay attention to military technology. I typically end up reading or hearing about some sort of neat new tech out there. Watched several vids over the years about the US railgun, which is just nuts. MetalStorm is another weapon system that comes to mind. Oh and AA laser tech? That shit is p crazy too. Tracking and shooting an artillery shell in the air with a laser(and more than one)?!?

  3. Its interesting you say that.  Because anytime I use an LMG in a close quarter situation I feel like this every time:

    giphy.gif

I can only seem to kill with them at 50m +

LOL God I love that movie...

If I recall correctly when you start firing without looking down sight first your hipfire accuracy is being used. You have to be looking down sight prior to pulling the trigger. This may or may not be a bug which is fixed?

  4. Right now I am getting 100 kills on every weapon.  Then I will go for unlocks on all guns.  Going through the PDWs.  HOLY FUCK DO THEY SUCK.  But I am dreading LMGs the most. I fucking hate LMGs and hate the support class even more.

I'm not going to bother with the PDW, I assumed they sucked *shrug*. LMG are really not that bad imo as long as you're looking downsight. I def use the extra ammo to keep people suppressed and behind cover.

I'm done even trying with the sniper/DMRs. I just can't seem to make myself useful with them. Unless you count catching bullets useful.

  5. Lately I've been using the ACE23 Assult / AKU12 Carbine / AWS support. I don't snipe mostly because of my playstyle and/or I suck at it. I used to roll with the SCAR's and the ACE52 but found that I'm a little too aggressive to really take advantage of their high damage output. It seems using a well rounded and stable gun works the best? Weird.

  6. Mine comes from the mind of a 'typical' antisocial nerd teenager from the 90s. *sigh* I've been online for way too long. Some sort of variation on hypnotik/hypn0t1c/hypn0t1k. Oh and '0x1d' is just 'old' in leetspeak with a play on bytecode.

Another handle I use on occasion was shamelessly stolen from a buddy back in highschool, 'MarlyB' AKA Backdoor Marly. Used back when playing Doom II and Quake. Nothing quite like getting a rocket in the back when you're not paying attention.

I didn't see but I'll make the assumption that you're wired(cat5e/cat6) to your router but do you have wireless enabled? Any other network devices attached to your router?

Perhaps a friendly neighbor is liberating some of your bandwidth.

  8. Lol Soundblaster...

I haven't used anything besides onboard audio for years and the only reason to is as noted above, for audio work and/or you're an audiophile.

MY GIRLFRIEND bought me a Logitech G930 and besides the standard wireless complaints with having to charge it and such it works p dang well. When I'm playing I can't hear a thing she says. It gets me in trouble a lot. :D

  9. The more I read about this the more I think its NSA related considering many of the other things they did regarding 'secure' software and hardware. The timing of this security flaw is too much of a coincidence.

It's not. The person who checked in the code has already spoken up about it. It was an honest mistake.

  10. Announcing to the media that there is a serious breach in SSL server operations is neither necessary, nor advisable...

Lol. Well since OpenSSL is open source how exactly should they announce it? Any "hacker" as you put it could have read the source and had their way with the internet for the past 2 years. If they didn't tell the media only admins/security people would know and in turn would more then likely leave many systems/servers unpatched. It's not like they could have followed the path that most closed source software companies do, which is more like what you describe via responsible disclosure.
