  1. Alright, thanks for the replies, that's definitively the map I was talking about. I still maintain it's a poor choice for freezetag, over time I suppose people will learn to avoid being teleported there, so anyone stuck there will be clueless or frozen until the end of the round - I saw the writings on the wall and thought about a puzzle or something and tried pressing the action key on various walls etc. but i must honestly say I would never have guessed to spell out "HAPPY" by shooting the letters, and since nobody seemed to care about helping me out, it got frustrating really fast, to say the least.
  2. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but that doesn't sound like it was designed for Freezetag. There's no indication you're about to be teleported (proof was the number of players from both side that ended up in that room), and it always leaves at least one player inside the room with none to defrost him until the round ends - should that person /reconnect every time?
  3. hey XI, I was playing on your MW2 freezetag beta server and the map loaded to an underground metro-like map, in which apparently going through the central area sends you to a jail-like closed room. After being stuck in there for a few minutes (and getting frozen, which is somewhat annoying since none can defrost you there) and calling for help in the chat which went unanswered, I tried to call a vote to rotate the map (voting is disabled through the menu but whoever set up the server didn't bother restricting the /callvote command, meaning anyone can call any vote), which got an XI member whining and threatening to ban me, yet still not trying to help. Not a very nice experience. I wish I had noted the map and the member's name, but I honestly had enough by that point and just quit, not wanting to start any drama. Take care, piney
