Hi Peeps, I was wondering if flashing my bios would help my 3 year old 64 bit Windows 7 computer any, or would doing that just destroy my system. I read through a lot of the forum topics until my eyes hurt, and I did not see anything about flashing bios. So I went online and so far, cannot find any positive feedback on this subject. Can anyone tell me anything about this subject?
