Happy Easter everyone! We're trying out a new "Easter Egg" function on the DM2 server, today, having recognised that some players enjoy driving tanks and not all the maps contain them. Our resident mapping and coding maestro, Labob, has been tinkering again and has produced an entertaining addition to those maps that currently lack tanks/half-tracks. If you find yourself playing such a map and would prefer to be driving such a vehicle, just type the following (minus the quote marks) into text chat: "!tank". You'll then have a random tank/half-track spawn ahead of you. Obviously, especially on the smaller maps, there isn't room for loads of them so the feature is limited and you may have to type the command into text several times until you are allocated a !tank slot. It only works on maps without tanks, remember. Enjoy and do, please, let us have your feedback. If it's popular, it may be rolled out across other COD5 servers.
