    I got a new monitor. its a Samsung 4K 28 inch. I set it at 3840 x 2160 with 75 Hz, My graphics is a Radeon R 9 370 4 gb. why in the world do I freeze up in the game and have a hard time just loading it ... shit drives me nuts!! Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
