Hey I am wondering if someone could help me, Kingstinger is my roommate and told me that you might be able to help

 

Logged in origin, and my web browser battlelog and my game has seemed to disappear, and only the trial version is left available, I've owned the premium edition, and played many hours with stinger and I just logged back in after months of not playing and none of the games are showing except the trial version.

Battle log has also reset all my information and skill level back to zero.

 

Would appreciate the help, thank you.

is it logged into your account correctly? Make sure it's not on a local account or something.

Yeah I'm all logged in under my origin account, all of the games are even still showing in my origin folder, but for some reason it wont even launch the applications from there.. there is no .exe behind the applications or anything.. messaged origin from my account, it's been 4 days, no reply so I messaged them directly through facebook, see what happens I guess? lol
