i do not know the reason says 76.203.250.137 and i didn't do anything to cause a ban

it is neither, when it says i am band it said the reason was those numbers

i was off by one number and thought you and another user shared the same ip

it still gives me the same message. even after i logged in and refreshed my server list

it turns out it was not the ip as  I thought

You should be able to log in now and we are looking into what exactly happened
