OK guys one last thing. If no one has any ideas on a fix after this post I'll move on. I looked a little further and noticed that even when i downloaded the maps from the XI installer it would install all the maps to the usermap folder, but incomplete. All the maps downloaded the same, when I open a map folder this is what I get. localized_mp_hurtsum.ff 14kb mp_hurtsum.ff 14kb mp_hurtsum.iwd 14kb mp_hurtsum_load.ff 14kb Anyone have any idea as to what could cause these map files to load like this? Better yet, any ideas on how to fix it. I understand it is a problem on my side, but I have run out of the options I know about.

OK, so if there are no more mod errors, meaning mine are good. Why does it cycle through the map that is currently running on the server if I have the map already? I have deleated all the maps and installed with the XI installer and it does the same. I have deleated all the maps to try and let them download from the server and it just cycles it and does not try to download.

waited for another map which was sieze, so i tried connecting again. Same cycle the setting up game and then starts cycle again but this time of course it was cycling for sieze.

So besides the above, I noticed the 2 files in the xi mod folder were both at 14 mb and they should be much more, 23mb and 98mb. I did a file transfer with a friend who plays on that server and both are complete. Now for instance server showed ambush was the current map, I did not get any errors this time, but now it just cycles through the FF for the map and a couple others and then says starting game and then just repeats the cycle over and over without downloading. Keep in mind I have that map already from your installer.

Rick, thanks for the ideas. I have deleated the mod and when I go to server I get above mentioned error. I deleated mod again and downloaded your downloader. I was not sure if it downloaded the mod or just the maps. Regardless I checked freezetag and uploaded. All that went fine then i got in game went to server and got the same error message.

I've been playing on this server for a while now with no issue's. A week or so ago some new maps were added and all I was getting was a cycle with nothing being downloaded. As soon as the map rotated to an older one I could get back in with no issue. Now I can't play at all and I am getting the following message. Fastfile for zone 'mod' is corrupt or unreadable. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I have added chile to my xfire in case you have a solution he can contact me there. Thanks again. The sooner you get me back in, the sooner I can start killing Magnus
