Wow. I work as a network and server admin.. and that is just a terrible design. or if you are going to require a constant connection.. redundancy is your friend.

Oh nice.. so basically before there HAD to be an always on connection to EA's backend servers for the frontend servers to work properly. They are going to be getting rid of that soon. should resolve a bunch of the issues since a lot of the crashes were from EA's backend servers not working.

Do you know what was the cause of the one last night?

I'm not saying different channels per squad, but per team would be awesome.

Battlefield is one of the only games i typically have fun rather winning or losing. Even if you can't have auto-move for the channels, can we at least have some sub channels in TS like on the hardcore servers? Sometimes I will be announcing stuff to my team, and forget the other team is also listening because we are all in the same TS channel.

Thanks . Oh yea forgot to mention. I played WoW for lioke 4 years.. "hardcore" raider.. aka farm shit for 6+ hours to wipe for 4 hours a night.

I got a decent connection. uploading is no problem. I have 30 mbs up.

Sup guys. This is Mouselad. I am 31 years old and work as a Network & Sys Admin. I have been gaming for the majority of my life. 25+ years. I started off mostly playing Table Top Role Playing games, and still do (D&D, Call of Cthulhu, whitewolf games), and board games. I started really playing PC games a lot in the early 90s. I got into BBS's and also got into games. Some of my first favorites games were Scorched Earth, Duke Nukem 3D, DOOM, C&C, Warcraft 2, Lord of The Realm. Recently I play Battlefield 4, Team Fortress 2, Galactic Civilizations, and whatever else looks good to me at the moment. I currently reside in beautiful, breezy semi tropical deep south Texas. I live about 5 miles north of mexico, and 20 miles from the gulf coast. I also record with FRAPS sometimes. Here is a recnt sample. look forward to gaming with you all.

I used FRAPS. Then used Adobe Premiere to format it. H.264 exporting with Youtube presets for 1080p resolution at 30 fps. The recording was actually at about 55, but i can't figure out how to export it like that in premeire yet. if anyone knwos it would be helpful.
