Anyways hi, I'm (Hydrix from UK) from the Excessive Plus (E+) mod and just joined your server to see what's up and the person there suggested I post here. You probably know everything im about to say, but I'll post it anyways.
Excessive is very fast paced and very different from baseq3, weapons like grenade launcher and bfg knock you away which people use for moving around (which can take a bit to get used to). See here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QXUli6VQLNs

E+ has multiple cfg's in itself, the popular one's being PlusN, e5r and lots of rail type ones so I guess you'd have to choose what type you want on your server. They're all different so I guess you could see what each of them are like yourselves.
