Why was I banned? lol. I joined the server and was banned within two minutes with no explanation as to why I was banned. Please give me a reason at least.

I was on the server for about 2 minutes and I got banned for just shooting my gun at someone.

I have been playing on your >XI<XTREMEIDIOTS.COM #2 Insurgency server for quite some time now and there are never any admins online to punish people for breaking the rules you have set, As a regular to the server. I was wondering if it is possible to obtain or what it takes to obtain admin privileges to that server to give warnings and if it comes down to it. Punish people for breaking the rules of the server.
