Welcome to the forums.  As for your question.  Membership is by admin invite, and normally in time you could be approached by an admin that will sponsor you to becomming an idiot.  Another requirement is 100hrs on XI servers which I am sure you got.  I am sure an admin will approach you soon if they feel you are idiot material.  See you out on those killing fields.
