I re-installed with Windows 7 as my new OS but found issues with severe lag, even in COD2, though I never had lag issues before with it. Thought I might need to give up on 7 after much "tweaking" to solve (video card updates, settings, etc.). Then noticed that in my running processes, there were three occurrences of Xfire running. Also found that entering COD2 through Xfire always lost my profile and made me setup again - every time. Not sure why this is happening, so just letting you all know why I'm not using Xfire. I use it to see who's playing what and drop a messae, but close before a get into games - I prefer in game talking. Also notice it plays MUCH better without Xfire running. BTW, in the processes, it says I'm running a 32 bit version and a 64 bit? I only installed once since crash, so why would it be running 32? Strange.
