Black listing Chunk loads. there nice and all but keeping chunks loaded in far off areas seems to be having adverse effects on the server. Quarries keep chunks loaded and thats fine if we restrict in rules as to a limit to them. Also ME's seem to be causing problems aswell. This was a butthurt for me. So basicly, removing chunkloaders will allso dissable the ability to use any machines outside base, for ex oil and lava pumps, that are used for fule and power, without power, the ME system is useless, also useless sens you don't have any quarrys to use to mine, or liquid to store. (And don't bring in dig miner, its bloody useless xD)So on my side, to use anything that i have, i basicly have to start from the begining with makeing power and stuff. So we were feeling the effects of every single one in the worlds..... I changed it so you have to be online for them to work. Then they can be in any world and still work.
